At AMOZA, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives our professional hair care products exactly as intended: authentic, safe, properly stored, and responsibly handled.

To protect product quality and customer trust, AMOZA products may be sold only through AMOZA’s official channels and Authorized Partners, including approved distributors, salons, retailers, and online storefronts.

WHY AUTHORIZED PARTNERS MATTER

Authorized Partners are businesses formally approved by AMOZA and are expected to follow our standards for:

  • Product storage and handling

  • Hygiene and safety

  • Inventory management and rotation

  • Packaging integrity

  • Product authenticity and traceability

These standards help ensure that every customer receives products that meet AMOZA’s quality expectations.

MARKETPLACE & ONLINE SALES

AMOZA products may be sold on third party marketplaces only through AMOZA approved storefronts or Authorized Partners.

For customer support, returns, warranties, or other product related assistance, AMOZA may require valid proof of purchase from an Authorized Partner.

UNAUTHORIZED RESELLERS

An Unauthorized Reseller is any individual or business offering AMOZA products outside AMOZA’s official channels or without AMOZA’s authorization.

Purchasing from unauthorized sources may expose customers to products that have been:

  • Improperly stored or handled

  • Tampered with or altered

  • Resold after expiry or beyond recommended shelf life

  • Not intended for retail sale

  • Of uncertain authenticity or origin

AMOZA cannot guarantee the authenticity, safety, quality, or performance of products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

AMOZA provides customer support for products purchased directly from AMOZA or through Authorized Partners.

Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility for customer support, returns, warranties, or other applicable services.

PROTECTING THE AMOZA BRAND

Unauthorized resale can compromise product integrity, create an inconsistent customer experience, and undermine the trust we have built with our customers and professional partners.

AMOZA takes the protection of its customers, partners, and brand seriously.

ENFORCEMENT

AMOZA reserves the right to take appropriate action against unauthorized sellers, including:

  • Investigating suspected unauthorized sales

  • Issuing cease and desist notices

  • Requesting removal of unauthorized listings

  • Terminating supply or partner relationships

  • Pursuing other legal or commercial remedies where appropriate
