AMOZA is committed to ensuring that customers experience our professional hair care products in the condition we intend: authentic, safe, and properly handled.

AMOZA products are intended for sale only through AMOZA’s official channels and authorized third‑party distributors and sellers (“Authorized Partners”). This Policy strictly prohibits the distribution or sale of AMOZA products by unauthorized resellers.

WHY AUTHORIZED PARTNERS ARE IMPORTANT

Authorized Partners are businesses approved by written agreement with AMOZA and must comply with AMOZA standards, including storage, safety, hygiene, inventory rotation, and packaging integrity.

MARKETPLACE & PLATFORM SALES

Only AMOZA‑approved storefronts may sell AMOZA products on third‑party marketplaces. Customer support or guarantees may require valid proof of purchase from an Authorized Partner.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT LIMITATION

AMOZA can provide customer support only for purchases made directly from AMOZA or from Authorized Partners.

UNAUTHORIZED RESELLERS

Unauthorized resellers are any sellers offering AMOZA products outside official channels. Risks include product tampering, improper storage, resale of expired or non‑retail products.

WHY UNAUTHORIZED RESALE HARMS

Unauthorized resale compromises product integrity and damages brand trust and customer satisfaction.

ENFORCEMENT

AMOZA reserves the right to investigate, issue cease‑and‑desist notices, request takedowns, terminate supply relationships, and pursue legal remedies.
