Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India. More locations will be added soon.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to follow your delivery in real time.
Is shipping free?
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Do you offer express delivery?
At the moment, we offer standard delivery. Express shipping options may be introduced in select cities soon.
What if my order is delayed?
Occasional delays may occur due to weather, high demand, or courier issues. If your order takes longer than expected, our support team will be happy to assist you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Can I return an unopened product?
Yes. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and the product is received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange a product?
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order once your return is processed.

Is it safe to make payments on the Amoza website?

Amoza focuses on clean, effective formulations. We avoid unnecessary harsh ingredients and prioritize hair health and performance.
Are Amoza products suitable for curly hair?
Yes. The Bounce range is specially designed for curly and wavy hair, helping enhance definition, softness, and natural movement.
How long will it take to see results?
Most users notice improved texture and manageability within a few washes. Consistent use delivers better long-term results.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and manage subscriptions easily.
